Gamechanger
I tried this in a strawberry cake recipe instead of just strawberry extract. It was a total gamechanger that really elevated the flavor of the cake and icing. It was a little more expensive than strawberry extract but it was totally worth it. I’m never going back.

Great flavor!
I used this with a couple other things to make bbq sauce and it worked great didnt just cook right off like other flavor brands and I waited till the sauce is almost completely done before adding, then simmered for 15 minutes and the flavor didnt go anywhere.

FAKE Flavor
I don’t understand all of these good reviews, maybe I should’ve tried the butter vanilla instead. But I ordered the strawberry emulsion. Now, I’m an experienced baker, I have been baking for 40 years. I wanted to make vanilla macarons with a strawberry ermine filling, normally I’d make the strawberry puree reduction to make the filling, but I decided to try this instead to save some time. HUGE mistake. I spent 2 days preparing and baking my macarons, and then I made the filling. It was so fake tasting, like a cheap candy lollipop when they all have that fake fruit flavor. I don’t understand how you have a product that you call strawberry emulsion, when that is not what this is. First of all, there is not a single strawberry used to make this product, second, an emulsion is the process in which to extract the flavor from the fruit. It should be oil or water based. This stuff has none of the REAL ingredients needed to make an emulsion. This was so bad, that even though I wanted to try the butter vanilla, I can’t imagine it will be any better.
