I don’t usually write reviews, but I absolutely love these gummies! I was having hot flashes all throughout the day. My night sweats were terrible and happening almost every night. I had to buy mini handheld fans to carry with me throughout the day and purchased a fan with a remote for my night sweats. I was having mood swings and was extremely irritable. WONDERFUL game changer for me! I am not too big on writing very many reviews but this one after I have tried for almost 3 months now i just had to do it because I can't believe it. I researched all kinds of natural gummies for Menopause and didn't want to pay and arm and a leg for something if it really wasn't going to work. So, all of all of them I choose this one and I am so glad I did NO joke it has helped me out in every way! I've taken this vitamin for about a year and it's a great natural support for women going through menopause. Before taking this vitamin I was experiencing all the symptoms of menopause, night sweats ( the worst literally felt like my body was on fire); wait gain, and mood swings. After taking these vitamins for about a year the night sweats have subsided, I've lost weight and maintained it, and I've more control over my emotions. Drawback is if you forget to take them the symptoms start coming back.

I had a very unusual side effect from this. I took it consistently for 7 days, on day 2, I got a terrible nose bleed which I've never had before. The nose bleeds continued daily and we're hard to stop. I ruled everything out as the cause, then remembered I started taking these right before. The day I stopped, the bleeding also stopped.

My usual supplement was out of stock, so I purchased this one. It was ok, but not as effective. As soon as my usual came back in stock, I went back to it without finishing this product.
