Really good product, keeps us cool, fairly quite. Easy to install. Sturdy. Sleek. We bought 5. Absolutely love them. Remote controlled so easy to operate. How did we survive before we had them?? Highly recommended

Build Quality: a quality product with good attention to detail.Light: Good luminosity, diffused well even at max output. The underside light has small <1mm star shaped perferations which gives a twinkle effect, nice touch. Dimmable to near darkness, good for any mood.Fan: Single direction, 3 power levels, quiet motor, good fan. Blades are clear and the design is subtle and well hid.Intstallation: Easy to install, ended up drilling through the ceiling mounting plate to feed cables through though.Remote: Only downside for me is the remote only works from underside and within approx. 2m of fixture. Have to click buttons on remote numerous times to reach desired setting and itwill revert the luminosity levels to default when turned off and back on again with remote.Overall, really good fixture with only (minor) complaint being the remote.If you buy you won't be disappointed.

Build quality is overall good, and the electronics are smartly and tidily contained in a very easy-to-install, well labelled base unit. I'm by no means an expert, and I was quite happily able to wire it in myself (make sure you turn the fuse off for the room first!) The only tricky bit, and I'm sure this is more down to my lack of experience than the design, was tightening the wires into the light without them popping back out. It's an awkward angle whilst holding the entire weight of the light in one hand and using a tiny screwdriver in the other. A second person just to hold the light up would have been helpful, so something to keep in mind for when you're installing.It looks a little less classy than I had hoped from the photos - a bit more 50's road tyre than modern and sleek. Be aware than on the black-white colour scheme one, there is a slightly childish sparkle pattern on the light diffusion which is not visible in any of the photos. It's not terrible, but it's not what I was expecting.The fan could do with one more setting on the low-end. Setting #1 is loud, but also powerful, so you'll never need to go any higher, but I would have liked the option to go lower. A basic ambient air-mover rather than the full-beans fan would've been appreciated.Settings 2 and 3 are too loud to ever be used.On setting 1, you can clearly hear it in the room above and that is disappointing.The light itself is great - very bright, and dimmable via the remote. The diffusion is strong so it's quite flattering. I've installed it in my home-office, and it's a nicer light for zoom calls than a single bulb. LEDs are also very efficient, and will last for years.In short, I do like it, but there were a couple of things about it that just fell a bit short of expectations, and had I seen in person first I may have gone for a different model.

We needed a fan in the bedroom and a light so this was a good idea and looks very stylish at the same time. The installation was easy with step by step instructions. Using it is also easy with the included remote, just don’t forget to leave the original light wall switch on if you connect it that way.

This looks to be a lovely light. It’s huge but looks good now it is up. Unfortunately after having got an electrician to fit it, the fan is not working. I cannot find any way to contact customer services. I don’t want to do a straight return as that will leave my daughter with no light. Please help.

The media could not be loaded. You know furnishing a new house gets you emotionally invested in every decisions. Ours was no different. We tested 3 different ceiling fans with LED from different manufacturers to replace a single bulb hanging in our bedrooms and to deal with the London summer. The Padma ceiling fan blew the air the strongest and the led light was fancy amongst the 3 model we tested. Of course returned the other 2 as they just matched the slowest speed of the Padma fan. Anyways, we ordered 2 more of the this fan to furnish our 3 bedrooms. Its been a year since then and they work very well.However, one of the fans has developed an irritating noise recently which is very pronounced on the slowest speed. I am not able to find any support or maintenance advice. And by writing this review we are hoping to obtain some help to solve this issue. Is there any support or maintenance available? Can the supplier help please?

The light part looks good and it's fine as a light .... BUT unfortunately the noise from the fan is extremely loud and nowhere near as good at cooling and moving the air as the old 5 bladed rotary fan it replaced. At full speed the TV has to be turned up really high to be able to hear.I had high hopes but I wouldn't buy another. I'd stick to the old rotary type i had before.

I'm very pleased with this purchase, I'm writing this review after few weeks since my electrician installed this Padma light-fan. I'm very happy, fan also works great and remote works brilliant. Also customer service super kind. 100% satisfied and recommend this.
