Very good and sturdy. I weigh 120kg so it deflates a bit and needs a top up every 3-4 weeks with an electric pump. Happy with it's function

So far there's no significant difference from the original brand I used for years at the YMCA. I purchased this on because the bottom is more conducive to use as a platform when inverted with a much smaller hole for inflation. The extra surface for placing your feet is larger, there's a grippy textured bottom with no foot pads and indentations for hand holds for push-ups. The free medium-sized inflatable yoga ball is as sturdy as any so it's not a throw-away item. The tension bands are a weak point with very little resistance so I won't be using them however if they're that important you can use better ones with some carabiners.

I was happy to find this Zelus balance ball as it was the most similar that I could find to the name brand Bosu ball. I use the Bosu ball at my gym, but this Zelus feels just as nice as the namebrand, and for MUCH less money. I give it a 10 out of 10. If you want to improve your balance, this is a great tool.

I love this for my morning workouts. I also use ut as an incline when I’m doing upper body.
