The item was true to fit and worked well during my workout- definitely caused a good sweat. Initially had a problem putting them on by myself, but found a way around that by adjusting them - then pulling them over my arms. Will recommend.

A waste of money. Difficult to put on.

You almost need 2 people to put the bands on to be tight enough. The work nicely when fitted properly.

I wasn't sure about these first because I have large arms but they actually fit and they made my arms really sweat when I worked out. I haven't been using them long but I do noticed a little change in my arms that I hope will continue as I use them. If you're looking for something to help melt the fat I'd give them a try.

Incapable de les mettre seule pour que ce soit assez serré. Et une fois sur le bras, si vous vous entrainez pour vrai, ils ne tiennent pas et glissent plus bas 🙄cest decevant! Je cherche mieux.
