Yes. You will need to buy an Amp Kit too though. An amp kit is basically a collection of necessary wiring to hook up your whole sound system: head unit, car battery, amp, and subwoofers.

Does the remote control an iphone or ipod when it's plugged in?

when its on aux no but it controlles everything else. the only way it could control the ipod or iphone if it was pluged in USB.

I purchased an adapter kit at Walmart and it fit fine. Just check which kit would be compatible with your make, model and year. The kit was like 10 or 12 bucks. Hope that helps.

Will it play MP3 CDs or will it only work for a MP3 player like and Ipod?

It plays mp3 CDs, and you can also plug in an mp3 player with an auxiliary cable. I burned an mp3 cd that had 40 hours of content on it and it was great.

Nice radio, easy install. No Bluetooth, but it does have an aux port. Great setup if you just want to keep it simple. Screen is nice and bright, and easy to see even with the sun shining on it, and it comes with a remote, which is convenient.
