This thing works great. I tried a few of these coax strippers and this was the best because it usually cleanly stripped the center conductor. I found technique to be important for cleanly stripping the center conductor. Rotating it slowly and without an lateral movement was what worked best.This thing has some good build characteristics. The cartridges snap into the unit really tightly and snap in perpendicular to the direction you feed in coax so they definitely aren't going to fall out while stripping. There is an arrow which is helpful when working with a stripper without a stop such as this. The spring on this is pretty strong as well.I wish this thing had some velcro for combing the shielding but it took just a few minutes to stick a piece of velcro to it myself.A second blade was included with the my order which was awesome.

I looked everywhere for this tool. I bought it many years ago and LOVED it! I'm only buying again because I lost the first one. It feels good in the hand; the cut is clean, and it's long lasting.Was glad to see a replacement blade too.If I had to add one suggestion, it would be to be able to store the replacement blade somewhere on the device itself. But that does not take anything away from how excellent this product is. I use this nearly daily at work.

The only problem with this product is I had to buy 2 blades. I had my stripper for years before I had to replace the original blade and only needed one replacement.

By far the best cable stripper replacement blades for the best tool out there. These blades last for about 6 months and work extremely well. Easy to replace too. Only kind of tool I use in the field.
