the capsule is large, but not huge, like the 750mg products of citrulline and arginine. this is a better source of arginine than the arginine capsules, because citrulline will be converted into arginine, but the arginine from arginine capsules will be converted into some other amino acids, and you will only have a small amount of arginine in your system after taking arginine capsules. when you have your blood pressure read at the doctor's office, they put the cuff on your arm, which is going to measure the pressure in the arteries that feed your hands. we would ideally like to know what your central blood pressure is, because that measures the pressure in the arteries that supply your vital organs. arginine (derived from citrulline) will drop your blood pressure, and i hope your central blood pressure as well, although we have no way of knowing. if you are using this amino acid to recover faster from working out, it works because it increases the blood flow to your muscles, which are full of metabolic waste products after you lift weights. getting rid of the waste faster means being ready for another work out sooner. i recommend it for either. (note: if you are also using steroids to build bulk, you are going to die much sooner than you would have otherwise.)

I tried this product . I did nothing that I could tell except possibly alter my immune system downward but I can't say that for sure . By the time I realized that it had done nothing, it was too late to return the item for a refund! So be careful when ordering . Make sure it is something you want to try. I may have had a severe allergic reaction to it as well do to it causing a severe break out problem in my neck! Just be sure of what your expectations are with this product ! It may work fine for you??? The system would not allow me to give it NO stars! Like I said, it may work just fine for you but certainly did not for me!
