Q: Can you use this on a cracked leather couch?

Q: What is the differences between the colors?

From Fiebing's web site, I only see colors shown for their Kelly’s Shoe Cream. The colors are to match the shoe color.

Q: Can you use this as a refill for the Fiebings foaming saddle soap dispenser?

You can not get the sprayer off. The old stock you could, but the last one I got you can't. Almost any soap can go in a foaming pump, you just have to thin it with water. You could always puncture this bottle, put it something else, and then refill your foamer.
