Great taste when put to an Old Fashioned. I use it with a good bourbon and a bit of simple sugar.

I hate fake cherry. It’s a horrifying flavor. This brand doesn’t have a gross cough syrup flavor; instead, it’s a bit tangy and very bright. My favorite combo is mango seltzer water with some lime wedges and several dashes of this. You can add booze if you want (I like gin in there), or enjoy by itself for a nice afternoon pick-me-up. If you like this, you should also try Fee Brothers’s peach. These two are the best—they don’t have much bitterness, just strong flavor.

Item arrived poorly-packaged w/ one of the caps broken. Flavor was marginal and certainly nothing profound. Doesn't bring any discernible cherry note to cocktails but is a passable bitters for balancing purposes in sugary cocktails.

One bottle broke in shipping, and OF COURSE it was packed in a giant amazon box full of stuff. Everything smells like cherry now, which is nice. The bitters are great, but they should be packed better.

I had been buying Woodford Reserve Cherry Bitters for my Manhattan cocktails, but with my usual go-to out of stock, I decided to give this a try. I can't really speak for it in other drinks, but at least in a Manhattan (replacing just the super-high-sugar maraschino cherry and juice -- but you still need more standard aromatic bitters like Angostura for a proper Manhattan) it's quite good and a much better value than Woodford Reserve cherry bitters. Maybe it's just me, but I think the cherry aroma probably has more impact in a Manhattan than the cherry flavor (with the sweetness coming primarily from the sweet vermouth), and I definitely just get a stronger cherry aroma sniffing this bottle than I do from Woodford Reserve cherry bitters.
