CTD (aka Viking and Norseman) doesn't state a warranty per se but they do extend a typical defect replacement when that is warranted (things such as a bad grind, etc). There are so many factors that go in to bit damage and 9.5 times out of 10 it's the operator's fault rather than the bits - assuming high quality bit manufacturing such as these. If you buy bits based upon warranty then you can be sure that you are overpaying for them and that is true whether it's the Drill Hog marketing game or the cheapie china bits. These are about the best you can buy unless you want (need) to step up to their cryo line or similar, or carbide for machine use, etc.
