Hunter Fan Company, 53317, 52 inch Newsome Premier Bronze Ceiling Fan with LED Light Kit and Pull Chain

Very nice fan and easy to put up. The downrod is pretty short but that's in the description so no surprise. You can get longer ones at the home improvement stores for cheap if you need it (we did.) Except for help handing down the old fan, I installed this myself as a replacement fan while my husband was working on a different project and it only took me about 45 minutes. If you're installing it in a location that didn't have a fan before it will take longer. It comes with compact florescent bulbs which I really don't like so I replaced them with LEDs and am really happy with it! It's quiet too.

My décor is modern. It's hard to find a ceiling fan with a modern looking light fixture, other than the LED ones. Problem with the LED ones, is none of them provide any significant light. They are for looks only. They provide about the same amount of light as a nightlife. This light fixture and fan design looks fairly modern, and provides fantastic light. I actually replaced the standard 2700k lights with 6500k lights, 13 watts. Fantastic. Thinking about replacing my 4 bedroom ceiling fans with this one.

This is the third Hunter fan I've purchased and installed. I've been impressed with the ease of installation and quality of the fan. We were using a different model before that was exclusive though Home Depot but is no longer available. I ordered this fan along with the Hunter Universal Remote and have again been impressed how easy it is to work with. I love the look of these fans but more important for me are the downward facing lights (which I find add more light to the room), the standard light socket (so I can use dimmable LEDs), and the ability to use a universal remote (because tall ceilings make it difficult to adjust fan speeds/light dimness and long chains look tacky).

I’m in love with my new Hunter 52” fan! It was easy to install, works great, looks fabulous, and runs quietly. Beautiful design and looks perfect in my living room. I’m definitely a satisfied customer! (3-speed reversible motor, standard downrod plus extension, 2 pull chains, no remote, 3-globe light kit with LED bulbs included, and two-sided blades with choice of light or dark wood finish)

Product works fine. It was installed in our master bath and provides nice air movement.

This fan is perfect for our room, it replaced a white one and looks so much classier. It’s quiet and the lighting is nice. We did have to go get a 6” down rod for our vaulted ceiling, but it matched perfect. Love the look.

Electrician had no problem installing and it gives fan give good cooling of room. Excellent light. Very happy with product.

Good looking fan at a good price, albeit a bit noisy. If you want a totally quiet fan, you probably need to add more than $200 to the price.

Overall pleased with the unit once I switched out the glass shades with the ones from my old ceiling fan.

I purchased 2 of these. Very quiet fans. I use 3 60 watt equivalent bulbs. My kitchen was very dark. This really lights it up well. Only regret is that I didn't get a remote for the bedroom one
