Not really wood. Falsely advertised as wood.
This is not wood. It should still work for what i wanted it for but if you are looking for real wood this product is not for you and was falsely advertised.

Not actually wood but MDF.
The "wood blocks" are not wood they are MDF. They have a wood veneer. They are very heavy and sturdy, but if you plan to mail/ship them as a finished project you might want to consider that. I will be returning because I was under the impression that they were wood not MDF.
