I don't know why I bought these .I didn't return them because they look so darned cool. That's all folks...I think Amazon is going to suck out our brains someday and BBQ them with Google.

This is an admittedly unfair review... read on
I bought these plugs for an unlisted purpose, namely to jam in the end of brake lines while servicing brakes, so I don't have as much leakage of brake fluid. For this purpose they are barely adequate, but that's not their fault. The narrowest / smallest one is still a little big for Toyota brake lines, but it does keep the gush down to a slow drip. So far, I've used two out of the set, and the entire rest of the set goes unused, hence the low value/money rating. But again, don't take that as this is a bad product; indeed it's not as evidenced by its ability to resist even brake fluid. Just know that if this is why you're buying this set, you should either expect to pay full price for one or two tiny ones and the rest sit spare, or perhaps find a legitimate use for them if you're a painter. I four-starred this not for quality but rather that the sizing starts a bit on the too-large size, and just goes on up from there.

It Plugged the Leak
I had a hole in a metal tank that was below the water table, and nothing I tried would stop the leak. I finally resorted to a wooden dowel plug that stopped the water, but I knew that being wood, that plug wouldn't last, so I ordered these plugs. I found one that fit snugly, and pushed it in place. It successfully stopped the water. Once the area around the hole was dry, I was able to reinforce the plug with another epoxy sealer. Now it appears as though the problem - which could have been catastrophic - has been solved. The plugs are a bit pricey, and there appears to be no option to purchase a pack with a smaller quantity, so I give it a 4 out of 5 stars. It did the job, but now the question: What do do with all these extra plugs?

Repeat customer knows what’s up…
This is my second set of this brand. These are of exceptional quality and are primarily used to plug holes in items before powder coating. They seal very well and I’ve used as test plugs in vacuum line testing as well. Surprisingly durable - I’ve reused in powder coating oven at 400F many times. Great variety of sizes cross over each other so that all holes from the minimum to maximum plug sizes will be covered.

This will plug your hot holes.
I have an outdoor 24 inch griddle with a grease drip tray that has a hole in it. Its meant to use outdoors but I like to use it inside on my stove when I am cooking breakfast for the entire family. These hot hole plugs stop the grease from going everywhere while I cook because of the drip tray hole being plugged. Thats nice.
