This works really well! You definitely realize how well it works if you run out and don’t order in time. I’m not sure how long the recommended use is but I started to develop nerve pain in my toes. I have no medical conditions- I’m in my early 40s and in very good health. After doing a bit of research, I realized that prolonged use of high dose vitamin b6 can cause neuropathy. Bummer! I’m going to switch to the 5htp.

I’ve been taking this for at least a year and truly feel a difference. I’d recommend speaking with a medical provider prior to taking. Easy to swallow, not too much of a taste, slightly expensive.

Made me manic and anxious. It also didn’t make me feel like I was in a good state of mind, I felt sleepy and nervous every time I took it…. And I’m not sure if it’s because of an unsafe ingredient in these capsules or if it’s simply something interacting with the supplement I’d be careful purchasing these without a dr supervision.

I chose to get off Lexapro and was suffering withdrawal symptoms. I was told to take this supplement. It helped so much! My anxiety was coming back worse than before and this helped me feel normal again. It took me a bit to figure out when to take it. I started with 1 pill right before bed and now take 1 in the morning and 1 around 2pm. It did take a few weeks to fully take effect. Highly recommend!
