If we order bed assembly, can he shift the bed to upstairs room before assembly of that bed

So basically my arrival came late because apparently it takes two people to shift the stuff in but when finally arrive only one big fella did the job so I had to help me.. the wooden slats are not secure they don't hold on position keeps moving about everywhere. The seller offer to send me extra wooden slats but never did a little rude when I kept reminding him I would go recommend the one that could lift up the mattress for storage space is better but beside the design of the the bed frame is pretty goood n spot on. A little more work could went into the securing the bed tbh.
