Hot drinks are kept hot for a long time even in below 0° weather. The locking lid comes apart and the gaskets are removable so you can clean it well, no milk residue builds up anywhere. I haven't had it long enough to say it's five-star durable but I've dropped it a couple times in the months I've had it and it hasn't dented once. I doubt I'll have to buy another unless I lose it, but if I did I would buy another.

Bought this for work. It is everything it promises. It keeps my coffee hot for hours. I made my coffee at 6:30 a.m and it's still hot at 11:50 a.m with the lid open. I can sip it throughout the morning and not worry about getting a mouthful of cold coffee. It is definitely leak proof I can through it in my purse and not have to worry about it. I like the black matte it has a bit of silver mixed in there. It's pretty sharp and the size is perfect and fits in my car or purse without being bulky and heavy. The only thing I don't like is the mouth piece is a bit awkward to drink from but it isn't a deal breaker. Easy to take a part and clean. So when I come home I take it apart throw it in some hot water with dish soap and rinse it all out later to have it ready for the next day.

I am coming from a swell bottle, which is great . But when you take the lid off , which is annoying. It always leaked ! This one with the one button pop open, is great and easy. Plus it doesn’t leak when open !
