Astro Tools 78319 19pc 3/8" Drive 6-24mm Low Profile Nano Impact Socket Set - No Skips

The Astro Tools 78319 Nano Impact Socket Set has quickly become one of my favorite tool purchases. The low-profile design is a game changer when working in tight engine bays, suspension components, and other hard-to-reach areas where standard impact sockets simply won't fit. The quality of the sockets is excellent. They feel solid, well-machined, and have held up perfectly under repeated use with both impact wrenches and ratchets. The black finish is durable, and the size markings are easy to read even after getting covered in grease and dirt. One of the biggest advantages of this set is the complete range from 6mm to 24mm with no skipped sizes. It's incredibly convenient not having to search for a missing size or buy additional sockets separately. The compact storage rail also keeps everything organized and easy to access. The reduced height doesn't compromise strength, and the sockets grip fasteners securely without slipping. Used this set on my 2017 Chrysler Pacifica while replacing the idler pulley, and they absolutely did the trick. Clearance was super tight and a standard socket would’ve made it a fight. Paired these with the Astro 78318 extra-long flex head nano ratchet and it was the perfect combo. The low profile height is what makes these special — they let you get into spots where a normal 3/8” socket just won’t fit. No rounding, solid engagement on the bolt, and they feel well made — not gimmicky thin. If you’re working on modern vehicles where everything is crammed into the engine bay, these are worth owning. This is one of those specialty tools that actually earns its space in the drawer. Glad I picked them up.

Amazing quality, all sizes fit properly, rail is beautiful anodized aluminum and extremely sturdy. The sizes are clearly labeled twice, one silk screen size and one engraved... Already filled in the engraved section just for easier viewability. Best bang for your buck on a non skip size... beautiful broaching and the size of the hex at the base fits a 17mm ratcheting wrench for those impossible to reach spots with a regular ratchet. All in all, one of the best purchases I've made on Amazon to date.

Great socket set, super shallow. Paired up nice with a stubby impact to get into tight areas.

These are amazing for tight spaces, especially with the ratchet to go with it. I don’t recommend using with an impact. I let a buddy borrow the 24mm and it cracked on the corner by the anvil slot. I filled the warranty out on their website and they sent a new one. They replied quickly and shipped a new one, but the delivery time was a little slow.

Super low profile and fit in many places regular short sockets don’t, I would honestly recommend these over regular short sockets as the socket depth is still plenty to fully cover the fastener down to the flange if equipped, other than lock nuts where the “locking” feature or end of the bolt protrudes from the top, but get a good set of mid depth sockets too and you’re pretty much set to do anything your brain can figure out

Good quality and small enough to fit inside small spaces where tradition sockets wont go. This is my first purchase from Astro tool and I am really impressed with the product so far.

Muy buenos sockets, su transportador es de lamina aunque sus encastres de plástico, los dados son 1/3 más pequeños qué los comunes si se usan con yunque, pero con matraca son la mitad del dado, muy bueno para superficies muy cerradas, los sockets son de CR-MO qué es material específico para impacto y para ejercer un algo más de fuerza qué los de CR-V, aunque claro los MO son un más gruesos pero estos son de pared delgada por lo que les da una pequeña ventaja de reducción sacrificando efectividad al toque e impacto mayor, por lo que podría decir que no es para uso de torque mayor y con consideración a mediano, pero considero que a torque bajo de 250 lb podría resistir hablando de impacto y no de manera manual, por lo que es buen producto pero con especificaciones claras de trabajo como lo es la reducción de espacio y versatilidad por encima de la fuerza bruta qué podríamos exigirles a mucha de nuestra herramienta
