This is a two-hole punch designed to work with European ring binders, which use a different standard spacing that the US two-hole binders. Superb and inexpensive.

I received this a few weeks ago and I have to say this unit is one of the nicest hole punches I've ever owned in terms of build materials and mechanical operation. This isn't the only Leitz product I've bought recently, and I have to say their range of products overall seem to be absolutely excellent.The Leitz Hole Punch is designed for standard European 2-hole punch document applications. It is specifically designed for use with European 2-hole binders. This is *not* the same thing as an American 2-hole punch, and honestly people need to do a bit more investigating and reading so that they buy the product that best suits their needs.Standard A4-size binders use a specific type of hole placement and distance, and this has absolutely nothing to do with American hole punches or American document formats (letter, legal) so please quit writing negative reviews because you bought a product without doing appropriate research first.I will happily do business with this seller in the future, and likely will be buying more Leitz office supplies as well.

Pros: it adjusts easily quickly whether punching A4 or US Letter for holes to go in an eu style A4 binderCons: it does not have a band or device to hold the lever arm down for compact storage like in a shorter height desk drawer however you can make one from some string,,,, other 8.5x11 punches I use have a little lever that will keep the lever down for storage

This is the third 2-hole punch I've purchased in the last two weeks. The first was the wrong size (who knew there was an american standard for prong folders at ~7cm between holes, and a different european standard for 2-ring binders at 8cm????), the second one was the right size but fell apart in under 10 minutes, and lastly, this fine specimen of a 2-hole punch. It punches the right size holes for my project (a 2-ring binder with rings 8cm apart) and seems sturdy enough to last for the entire project. Finally.

A little pricey for a hole punch, but if you use A4 filing systems this is a necessity. For whatever reason since spending much of my youth and college years in Europe, I've grown fond of Leitz binders and A4 filing in general, and I remember having one of these wherever I went at school. Seller shipped quickly and arrived in good condition.

.... of course only if you own European Binders.

I was amazed how much paper it can do clean and precise with a single punch and little effort. Well build and I like the way it looks and feels 👌

I bought the 10-sheet version. Ordered on May 28th, received on June 6 - rather fast (importted from Germany).Built is top notch. The device is heavy for the size and feels really solid. Very robust plastic. Works well even with just 1 sheet, where that's often a problem with the cheapest ones. No doubt it is made to last.

Super Teil, locht die 30 Blatt, 25 Blatt super! Der Blatt anschlag zum genauen lochen ist super Das Teil ist nur noch im Einsatz und der alte im Müll, natürlich richtig entsorgt. Preis Leistung finde ich gut. Aber Achtung. Es gibt Locher für 10, 20, 25, 30 Blatt. Und immer andere Preise, vergleichen und wissen was ich brauche, lohnt sich
