If i purchase this, would i leave the volume knob on my presonus eris 3.5's all the way up? and if i did that would it stop them from hissing?

This hissing probably comes from them being all the way up. Would recommend a video on gain structure. Ideally you wanna be at 12 o clock, nothing past 3.
