Perfect for planning family games
I am very happy with my purchase. Already know how I will use it for family games and adventures with schoolchildren.

Great quality
Really good quality. Like real ones. Robust and shining, my son loved them.

Used it in our play... it looks and sounds like the real deal and fits in our timeframe of the 17th/18th costumes

Great quality. I would be back to buy more for my games if i need more of such coins. Totally worth the money. The coins are heavy and you can feel its good quality metal. Not the shoddy cheap quality that you typically come across.

So I bought these for my D&D group, a group ranging from early 20's to mid 50's in age, and they proceeded to imediately start clinking them together and grinning like school children. Adding physical coinage into your game is a great way of making players actually remember to keep track of their finances in game. Combine it with some notes for high values and you can get a full on economy started, with players actually starting to think strategicly over their characters finances. It also allows you to shortchange players when they are dealing with a shifty merchant, slipping in a little bit of world building. Feel free to use that excuse yourselves DMs, it worked great for me.
