I bought these dry-erase markers, delivery of which was Dec 10, 2021. Since i still had other brands in stock upon receipt, i didn't open them until mid Jan, 2022. I was so shocked the dry-erase markers were all dried out when I opened them. I tried all 10 markers but none of them worked! I was very mad as it was already past the one-month period when goods could be returned. DON'T TRUST THIS SUPPLIER āU Brandsā and I'll NEVER BUY FROM āU Brandsā!!!

Here it is, January 2026. I am working on my weekly dinner menu board. My pattern is to use one marker until it runs dry and then pull out another from the set; but alas, this is the last one. It is very faded and about out of ink, so I will need to buy more. I pull up my Amazon purchase history only to discover I BOUGHT THIS RED MARKER IN 2018! š¤©

So far so goodā¦ would have given 5 stars but itās remaining in my orders because it hasnāt been marked as a product Iāve received - says I havenāt gotten them yet, so it wonāt go away.

We received many markers that did not work or were very dry. We were very disappointed.

I originally ordered these markers cause I bought a whiteboad from this brand that came with a black marker that matches this set and it was so amazing I had to buy all the colors. The first order came in but they were all dried out, and I knew that that wasn't like this brand. I reached out and they sent me new markers and they arrived fresh! The markers are clear and bright! Will be buying again!
