This is an excellent folding hand truck.
I was really surprised how sturdy this hand truck is. I was expecting some kind of thin aluminum frame but this seems to be very robust. It's extremely easy to open and close. It comes with a huge bungee strap, although the hooks on the ends seem somewhat thin and I don't think it would help much with something weighing around the 265 lbs weight limit. I've only used it on 125 lbs at most and the hand truck handled it no problem. I was only looking to lift a max of ~150 lbs anyhow and bought this hand truck that could handle much more. I am very happy with the purchase.I would give this thing 5 stars but I have two suggestions for the company. 1. Increase the distance from the ground to the frame about 1/2 inch to allow it to roll along when folded. It's a robust frame like I said and while I can lift it pretty easy, I wouldn't want to carry it far. The frame in it's current design scrapes the ground when rolling it along and it could easily ruin a floor much like a wood plane. 2. Disconnect the lifting surface from the folding wheels . I would love to be able to use this as a sideways hand truck. I could move a mattress by placing it on the truck, then be able to push it sideways to go through doors and such. I don't know how an engineer could have not thought of this feature. Seems like a perfectly reasonable use for a home owner's hand truck. Sorry for the rant.Anyhow, if you have a need for a hand truck to move less than 265 lbs, I can recommend this one.

Good hand truck in many ways but not perfect
I like this hand cart in many ways. I needed something with a larger platform to move plants and stuff at home. my current one was ok for smaller items. VERY GOOD: The product was delivered on the day it was promised. It folds and unfolds as described which was convenient. It's lighter weight and much easier for a petite woman like myself to manage. The plate/platform was nice and large and I was able to successfully move all the larger potted trees into the house for the coming winter storm. The bigger wheels rolled nicely and I had no issues with them. And yes, I like the purple color. :-) NOT AS GOOD: My old hand cart had a flat bar running along the back between the wheels to use for leverage to tip backwards so you can pull the cart with your heavy load at an angle. This one does not have it low enough to be useful. As part of the general structure there is a section that goes across higher on the back but it's too awkward for me to use as leverage. I had to finagle each trip. There is the smallest (.25 in) rise along the back that if it had been 3-4 inches high might have worked fine. Anyway, I'd still recommend this hand truck but just know it's not quite like other hand trucks for tipping backwards to pull as you might have expected.

A little flimsy but worked ok
This product worked well enough that I didn't want to return it. I moved out of a third floor walk up and planned to use this to help with the stairs. It worked... kinda. First, unless the height of the stairs perfectly matches with the wheel size, there is a terrible loud CLUNK. CLUNK. CLUNK. on every single step. It was so loud I had to stop using it out of respect to the neighbors- at least for the very heavy stuff (which... well, that's what I bought it for, right?) You'll definitely need a tighter bungee than the one it comes with, that one is way too long and not strong enough. The unit itself does fold very easily, which is nice, but the aluminum frame seems like it could get bent very easily. I did find this useful for moving heavy stuff over flat surfaces or over very small steps, but I can't really recommend this product for hard core stair use.
