how much weight can it take?

We'll I'm 190lbs and have no problem. I have read from other people weighing 250 and more have been fine as we'll. it seems sturdy to me as I roll around my motorcycle and car.

Don`t know exactly where but the quality is good and I use mine several times a week for motorcycle maintenance and washing and cleaning.

How high off the ground does it sit?

14.6 inches to the top of the foam seat without anything on the seat. Then when you sit on it you be about 14 inches off the ground.
