I would and you will be blinged out and ita not cheap looking so make sure you do it neatly.. and if I suggest spray painting it Silver first. It will look rich.

They are concave shiny plastic pieces that look like a stone. I used them around my wedding cake and they looked lovely. My 10 yr old finished off the roll by 'blinging' out her room!

Yes you can use scissors to cut to fit your needs

Q: will it work for hair bows?

No you can not use this for a bow
