It is worthless because you can’t download the phone app that works with it.
The phone app that you need to go with this does not work so the device is useless.

Not water resistant
Thought it was great at first. But when I am sweating the heart rate monitor doesn't work. It says it is water resistant. My wife has an Adidas one and it works great. Think maybe I should have spent the extra $50 and got that one.
