Very soft and good quality memory foam pillow.

The price and the fact that there were made from bamboo made me choose these pillows and I am so very glad that I did. They came packaged tightly and had to be massaged and then left to air out for 24 hours before first use, but they are firm just as described and look great on the bed. I am still adjusting to sleeping on them since I was accustomed to the horrible soft pillows, but these are much more comfortable for me. The only problem is that I am a back sleeper and these have not conformed to the shape of my head yet so I am hoping that they will soften up soon.

I love bamboo pillows, they NEVER flatten, great head and neck support. I highly recommend these pillows

4/14/23 Update: It took some time to get the amount of stuffing just right, but once I did, and realized that fluffing the pillow frequently resolves the issue of it feeling dense or lumpy, I have been really happy with this pillow. Have been using it for 3 months now and feel like my back problems have significantly improved. I can now definitely recommend this pillow and I’m so glad I didn’t return it! I’m not ready to give 5 stars yet only because it still has to pass the test of time, but for now it’s a solid 4. Just be patient and keep removing or refilling until you get it right.Original review: I was hoping to wait until I had been using this pillow for at least a couple of months before writing this review, but right off the bat I'm struggling with it. I have a few weeks left before the return window ends so I'm going to keep trying to get this pillow adjusted just right for me. What I do like so far (after using for one week); it is cooler than a standard pillow and I don't wake up with back pain, so I know this pillow has the potential to be beneficial. What I don't like is that after only a week it has become very hard, like all the foam has become compressed and dense. I tried removing some foam, then fluffed it like crazy, but it was still hard so I removed more foam. Now it was not only still hard but lumpy. Didn't sleep as good this time so I put some foam back in and tried very hard to get the foam distributed evenly but it was still lumpy. I'm not ready to give up just yet, but I have a feeling these pillows (I ordered the two pack) will be going back. If not, I will edit this review.

I waited one week to review this pillow to give you the best feedback! I love that this pillow is adjustable!! I was able to make it 100% just like I like my pillow to be. A game changer for sure. Great quality also!

These are my favorite pillows! Very springy , soft and stay cool.

I have to blame the 'memory foam' stuffing in this bamboo pillow for my neck problem. It is too dense and FIRM and did not allow me to properly readjust my head during the nite.I woke up with a slight neckache for 2 days running...but on the 3rd day, I had a real problem with a STIFF NECK that my dr could only prescribe strong pain pills, using a collar and a heating pad for. It's been several weeks and I am still in moderate pain, even buying a 'cervical' pillow to help my sleep. Have never had this problem before. But I believe now that the natural feather pillows are the best for comfort and maneuverability during the nite.UPDATE: 1/22/24 -- was contacted by the vendor who had read my review and he offered me a full credit for the pillow. I did appreciate his reaching out to me and was surprised that the company was so responsive to my review. In my case, I reviewed the product months after I got it so it was too late to return the pillow. But it shows this company wants to make sure its customers are satisfied and still stands by its product.

Couldn't find these pillows anywhere in NZ, so checked Amazon Australia and of course we found them. Placed an order and they were delivered just as we hoped and quickly without any undue delays.We would be happy to make further purchases from them via Amazon.

Hard to get used to, its really big ,

The pillows are described here on Amazon, as "High quality bamboo fabric and filling".When I opened the package, I saw the label on the pillow has the words: "All new material, consisting of 100% polyurethane foam", and the cover is listed as: "40% bamboo, 60% polyester".Can you please clarify.(Five months later and no response from the seller. Not a snowflake's chance that I will buy anything from them in the future)
