I REALLY LIKE THIS TENT
I REALLY LIKE THIS TENT because it is very lightweight and easy to set up! The additional vent allows for a cross breeze on warm days and should allow condensation to escape on colder nights. The fly doesn't feel 'rubbery' like the silicon-coated foot-print mat, so I'm not sure how well it will shed the rain. I guess I will find out soon!I could only give it FOUR-STARS because it is small for two people, is missing a snow skirt to make it a true 4-season tent, and the vestibule is also small, only big enough for boots, not a backpack.

Bon service après-vente.

Leaked first time I used it
After reading the reviews for this tent, I had high hopes - lightweight, 4 season, supposed to keep the rain out. I planned to take this on the Overland Track. We wanted to test our tents beforehand, so we took them out for a one night backpacking trip to Mirang Pool. We had constant light rain all night, with some heavier periods. In the morning, I was laying in bed, watching drops fall from the inside of the fly to the mesh of the inner tent, then inside the tent. Very disappointing! I can't take a tent that will leak on me to the Overland Track, so I am sending it back for a refund. On the plus side, this tent is lightweight and easy to set up. It could fit 3 people side by side with no room for gear inside the tent, or 2 people and their gear (which is how I had it) quite comfortably. I think I might have just gotten a dud as there are so many good reviews and I also purchased the green 2 person version of this tent and it has performed spectacularly. We took the 2 person green one out on that trip, and then another trip a few days ago where we had a very stormy night with thunder, pouring rain and wind, and the little green tent had no issues whatsoever and remained perfectly dry inside. If this tent didn't leak, it would have gotten 5 stars as it would be a good tent if it didn't leak. Like I said, I think I may have just gotten a dud.

Great Value
I did a lot of research and I couldn't find a better value free standing tent at this weight and price point. Winter had arrived before I ordered the tent, so I haven't had a chance to use it in practice yet. I did set it up indoors and was surprised that the quality was better than expected. The door zipper to the tent was a bit finicky (needed both hands to open), but that may not be the case once I stake it out. Even if not, it's a minor gripe. 20D nylon does feel a little thin, I think you'll need to take good care of it to have it last. I won't be using it without the footprint for sure. All told, I think it was a great deal and will recommend.

Bought this tent for Backpacking and wasn't dissapointed
I splurged and bought the Cloud UP3 with the snow skirt. It was so easy to set up that it took less than 5 minutes without instructions. The ground sheet included is a bit bulky but I believe it is absolutely necessary to have something under the tent as a ground sheet as the nylon is very thing (cutting down on weight)Poles were very robust and easily went together and broke down just as easy. Rain fly was simple to attach and detach. I wouldn't say this is a 4 season tent but a solid 3 season at least. Not Ultra-light but for the price you can't beat it. Would recommend without hesitation to anyone looking.
