I’ve been using this foundation for a few years now and I love it. It looks natural, not cakey, but still has good coverage. I constantly have breakouts no matter what I do so it’s great this covers those blemishes. The bottle lasts for quite a while too so it’s worth the price for sure.

The YouTube hype surrounding this foundation is all true!I tried this for the first time today and immediately began getting compliments on how great I looked, and it's just as flawless thirteen hours after application as it was when I walked out the door this morning! The photo attached to this review is at 8:36PM EST. 13 hours after application; no filters, no fine-tuning the photo.First, I'm 43 and getting those annoying fine lines. My skin is also getting a bit thinner under my eyes, so those are my test points for every foundation I try. I was shocked to find that this product did not settle or crease in those areas as most do. Instead, it "flexed" with my face when I smiled, laughed, etc. No settling around my nose, no pilled look on my chin, and it did not accentuate my pores!I wear a full face of make up daily and my pet peeve is feeling the weight of foundation on my face. With most full coverage formulas, I feel like everyone can see how heavy it is and it's just super nasty and uncomfortable. This one was surprisingly light despite being a full coverage product and, at times, I forgot I was even wearing it! Out of the bottle, it's a bit thick, creamy and looks so rich, that I wasn't expecting it to be so light on my face.Coverage is outstanding and a little goes a long, long way. I used maybe a half pump for my entire face and down my neck. Prep your skin well, prime, apply this with a wet beauty blender and you'll get a gorgeous finish. Seal with a light dusting of powder and some setting spray, and, girl... you are literally untouchable all day long. I didn't have to touch up at all. Not once!As a side note: when choosing your shade, just know that it does dry down the slightest bit darker than when applied. I wouldn't even consider it half a shade and, for my skin, it wasn't an issue. It still looked perfect.I cannot say enough about this stuff- I know my husband thinks I'm nuttier than a fruitcake going on about a make up product like this, but y'all know the struggle (and wasted money) to find the perfect foundation formula. If you're on the fence about this product, I say get it, ladies. I promise, this is one YouTube-backed product you will not be disappointed in.

So I really loved the covergirl friend and was happy to find this on Amazon. However this product is not the same as the original which I had purchased from a drugstore. It was very cakey and seemed to just sit on top of my skin and did not blend. Sorry for the bad review.

I love this foundation so much that I have repurchased it every single time I ran out for the past 12 years. It is full coverage & long lasting, but still goes on lightweight and it doesn't look cakey at all. It looks like skin when applied with a beauty blender. A little goes a long way with this foundation, I only need 1 layer to get full coverage. I don't even need to use concealer with it, because this foundation is just as powerful as a full coverage concealer. Pair it with a good primer & setting spray and you'll have flawless looking skin that lasts all day long! I first started wearing this when I was a teenager going through puberty, so back then my skin was very oily & acne prone - but this foundation always lasted for a long time for me back then regardless if I wore a primer or not (but the results are always best when paired with primer)! This foundation also held up overnight during my college years when I'd often fall asleep with my makeup on after late nights of dancing & partying. Now as an adult who is no longer going through puberty, my skin type has changed a lot over the years and I now have dry skin. I still love this foundation. Even though my skin is dry now & this is a matte foundation, it still looks amazing on my skin. It doesn't dry my skin out at all and it doesn't draw any attention to any dry areas. This foundation has been through a lot with me over the years. I've worn it while swimming, sweating at the gym, and cried at plenty of funerals while wearing this. It's not water proof, but it did a pretty good job at lasting & only needing minor touch ups after all of that. I am living proof that this foundation is great for most skin types.
