Duofold Men's Midweight L/S Crew With Moisture Wicking

A very nice quality shirt and looks like it will be a warm layer. Material is very soft and warm. The fit is somewhat loose, not body conforming. I ordered an XL for my husband, who is 6'4" and 220 lbs. He is going to use it as an extra layer for travel in Ireland where it is wet and chilly in May, compared to our hot temps. I feel like I made an excellent choice in quality and color. The Navy is more of a Gray Navy and attractive.

The cloth and fit were great except for the length of the shirt itself - both front and back. Wearing these with the "matching" pants from Duofold, you'd think they would fit well together but they hardly reach each other. If they were just a little longer (and the pants higher) then it would be perfect - after all, you want your thermals to tuck - luckily I was wearing other layers to help.They are warm though, and snug but they're meant to be. The sleeves are snug around the wrist which is what you want, and were long enough for me unlike the lenght of the torso area.-D

Hubby item - he works outdoors year round and in all weather. He likes the fit, they are true to size. Allows him to layer without alot of bulk and he says it is very comfortable AND warm. Great fabric! It washes well, retains its shape - unlike cotton and still looks brand new after several months use. Would buy again!

They asked me how do they fit, I always buy large because I can not stand anything tight on me, I like the shirt the one thing I would like to see is that they go back to making 100% cotton I have had these shirts beforeI still have them and still wear them but they are 100% cotton they seem to keep me warmer. I would buy this shirt again'they are nice, they are soft, they do not make me itch. It is a all around good shirt the company was good also.

Although these are "men's", I like the fit of men's winter underwear better than women's. I already owned one of these shirts and I ordered another so I could have a second one for the winter. It is comfy, warm, and fit great. In addition, the material is so soft and feels wonderful. I wear this shirt nearly daily for outside activities coupled with the matching long underwear. I would buy this shirt again and highly recommend it for others looking for a similar purchase.

I'm 6'3" and 240 lbs and purchased the XL which fit true to size. The sleeves are just a tad to short but almost every long sleeve shirt I try has the same promblem - we call them monkey arms. The shirt is a midweight and good for 20 degree and up weather as an undershirt. I like the feel of the material and it washes well. I would not call it a "wicking" shirt as the material is similiar to cotton.EDIT 1/23/13;I wanted to update my review and correct what I said about it not being a wicking shirt. I recently started having night sweats for whatever reason and literally waking up in a puddle of sweat that soaked my sheets (I know, yuck). I started wearing this shirt to bed and it 100% solved the problem. It DOES wick away sweat and performs the way it should. I just bought 2 more today and will get the black just as soon as it comes back into stock in my size.

I bought these as a gift. I bought so many Duofold products for myself, and been so pleased with the quality, softness, warmth, comfort, etc. that I started giving away Duofold tops as a birthday present, Christmas presents, and that's what this purchase was, for someone else. Even he girls start wearing the guy's tops, so this was actualy bought for my wife's sister who liked her sons present from me. It's easy to fall in love with Duofold.

We purchased this long john top for my mom's boyfriend. He likes really soft shirts only. The other reviewers of this shirt said that it was soft so we decided to try it. My mom's boyfriend is really happy with the shirt. He said that it was soft enough. He was surprised how soft it was. He also liked that it came in the color black. We weren't sure what size to get him. He has a small body, but has broad shoulders. We purchased a medium. He could have fit in a small. The medium is pretty generous.
