I just started talking this just today and I was really surprised that it worked so soon I was told by my doctor to take this supplement because of my heart rate and low energy levels and I have not needed a nap or feeling tired so I would definitely recommend this supplement

Love this product! I am on Day 4 of taking this product and I feel more energetic. I am loving it.

First I am over 70 and have a lot of experience with vitamins. I've never written a review before. As soon as I smelled them I new they were good. I took one brain fog cleared up, energy level went up (no nap needed), water retention started to go down, I was able to keep going for the entire day, they did not bother my stomach. You folks have a good thing going on this product at an incredible price am looking forward to trying more.

The pills were way too big

I only took 3 doses and got constipated almost immediately. Synthetic b vitamins makes your urine look iridescent. That is how it'll look when your body gets rid of it. The size could be too big for some. I wouldn't buy again. Wish I could get my money back. Do your own research. Make sure the amount in each vitamin isn't higher than the recommended dose.
