Why buy a cheaper version when you can own one of these!Perfect to use and very effective

I was sceptical about this having read other reviews but I am pleased to say this machine is great. Yes the smart features aren’t really worth it but it works absolutely fine as a “dumb” machine too. I connected it to my phone during initial set up but haven’t bothered since and it still all works as expected, including the variable settings which can be controlled on the handle. Even tried with a non-smart stubby gun and it still worked fine - just no means of changing pressure which is as I’d expect with no controls on the gun. Putting the machine together was easy enough through following the instructions on the app - just a few fixings really. The hose reel is useful to keep it all tidy.

Delighted with the results of this purchase. It’s somewhat of a curate’s egg however, with issues to be overcome, so only 4 stars.Assembly: not an easy task! The instructions were poorly printed and brief. It was impossible to understand some of the illustrations. Well into the written instructions, you were advised to download the app, which I dutifully did, and hey, dramatically better pictures of the assembly. I’d have saved a lot of time I guess if I’d been told to download the app initially. Anyway, now all secure and seems solid. Chat line lady receptive to my suggestions however, a good point.Bluetooth pairing: impossible. Apparently, there’s a problem with the app (very helpful chat on the Kaercher website) and it is to be upgraded. Could I not have been told that before wasting time again? Perhaps a note in the box or a note on the website/in the app when you register.In use: just brilliant. Much better than I’d anticipated. I did have a generic pressure washer before, but this one is chalk and cheese! (Even without the app…) Pretty easy to connect up to power and hose. Fairly obvious how to control, although lack of tactile feedback on the control buttons is a bit of a disadvantage. Powerful and controllable stream. Cleaned substantially more effectively than expected on the paving area selected to try it out.With patio cleaner T5 T- surface-cleaner: absolutely brilliant. Trivially easy to clean the stones, even without using the detergent supplied. I'm sure the picture will illustrate the bits that have been cleaned and the bits that haven't!Accessories: many more than you might have considered, and some very clever bits of kit.Overall, a very good purchase which will reduce the chance of our slipping on algae-covered stone slabs!

The washer was easy to assemble and has worked well with everything I’ve used it on, including decking and unblocking a soil pipe. The app failed to pair repeatedly with the washer - I’m using an iPhone se 2020 - but I get the feeling it doesn’t really matter; not sure I want to start faffing around with the phone when I really just want to spray water at something.

Its hard not to like a Karcher as they really are the best pressure washers. This is my 3rd one. Upgraded.I did have a problem in that one of the wheels broke when I rolled it down a small step in my garden. They could'nt supply me with wheel so offered to replace whole machine. Cant be assed with that so I bought a new spare wheel. I'm not so sure about all the App stuff. Downloaded it but not used any of it.The only thing I'm struggling with is the coiled up hose. It's too stiff a hose to coil up easily. Unless someone knows a better way. My daughter borrowed it to do her drive way and replaced the hose for me with one that was reccommeded to fold up easier and it does. Plus its longer. This is the only negative about it. Its a Karcher, you get what you pay for.
