TP-Link 150 Mbps Wireless N ADSL2 Modem Router - TD-W8951ND

Dans le but de changer un modem en fin de course, et après avoir bien regardé les avis des commentateurs, j'ai opté pour ce modèle. Et là, superbe surprise. Installation hyper rapide, un mini cd d'installation bien foutu et efficace, le tout sous windows 7. En 5 minutes tout était réglé. Vitesse de transfert augmentée, synchronisation sans problème, wifi facilement protégé, et la possibilité de brancher quatre périphériques sur les rj45. Destiné à un usage intensif car utilisé dans un cadre professionnel, j'espère être satisfait sur la durée également. Bref, un modem routeur qui correspond parfaitement à mes attentes.

Nach dem Auspacken habe ich den Router mittels Lan Kabel an PC angeschlossen. Die beiliegende Software auf der mitgelieferten CD habe ich nicht installiert sondern mit 192.168.1.1 eingegeben im Firefox die Konfigurationssoftware des Routers aufgerufen und den DHCP Server deaktiviert. Erstes Problem die Anzeige des ADSL Modems leuchtete nicht. Sollte der Router für Österreich nicht geeignet sein? In der Routersoftware unter Advanced Setup stellte ich den ADSL mode auf Auto Sync Up und den ADSL Type auf ANNEX A und Voila die Anzeige begann zu blinken und leuchtete schliesslich durch. Jetzt brauchte ich nur noch die Daten meines Internet Providers einzutragen doch es wollte sich keine Internetverbindung aufbauen.Lösung des Problems auf der Homepage meines Providers die richtigen Werte für Vpi und Vci Werte ware 8 und 48 und encapsulation Art der ADSL Verbindung in Österreich meistens PPPoa in diesem Fall PPPoa VC-MUx erfragt nochmals mit Quickstart im Routermenue meine Internetverbindung eingerichtet und es funktionierte. Der Router selbst funktioniert eigentlich recht gut auch WLAN auf einem zweiten PC einem Mac funktioniert soweit zufriedenstellend. Die Reichweite des WLAN habe ich noch nicht getestet. Zusammenfassend ein guter Modem Router zu einem ausgesprochenem günstigen Preis. Ich hoffe diese Rezension war ein klein bisschen hilfreich.

I bought this unit to replace an ageing unit that has run for a considerable number of years and was supplied by my internet provider pre-configured. The set-up was very easy. The supplied CD was a bit too simplistic - almost ridiculously so! I resorted to setting the router up via the router's IP address: 192.168.1.1 and going to the appropriate set-up tab as shown in the booklet. It only required my username and password (provided by my internet provider when I signed up and visible in my old router's settings) and it was away, obtaining all the required settings from the line automatically. The only other setting was a password for Wi-Fi and I simply used my old password rather than the one supplied, so I could remember it. It is fast, and has not dropped out since I set it running - nearly two months. The only downside is that I can't - as yet - set up my computers to network with each other as the router will not allow each machine to see the others. The settings in the router are at leasts for me overly technical, particularly in contrast to the ease with which it set-up and especially in comparison with the CD supplied. Other than that I would say it is the best router I have had and would recommend it very highly..

Yo lo compre para sustituir el que me había dado mi compañía en su día un Xavi 7968r, la diferencia con este es bastante notable de hecho solo comentar que en la parte de la casa que tengo el router, esta bastante alejada del dormitorio donde ahora he pasado de tener un cuarenta y pico por ciento a un setenta y pico por ciento, fíjese la ganancia de potencia que he tenido. Respecto a la instalación esta todo muy bien explicadito en el CD que acompaña y no es necesario conocer nada simplemente escribir lo que te pregunta. Una compra 10 para un precio muy pequeño

Used about 3 weeks nice delivery n well packed about modem phadoo range(very good) in 5 dpi single antenna sinal behind 4 walls simple instaltion even grandma can do it!! hmm i read review of this modem in amazon which was very very bad but this was the best modem in my search so i decided to gamble but my gamble was right just order it guys if u want dnt go on my or others cmmnt just try it!!!
