One Dish Fish: Quick and Simple Recipes to Cook in the Oven

Interesting collection of fish recipes
This book is nicely written and photographed. I have a lot of cook books but this book still had a good selection of interesting recipes. The concept of a baking tin is a bit stretched, with some things that you would probably use a saucepan for being done in a baking dish in the oven. Another good feature is that it keeps to the usual fish you will find in the supermarket nothing exotic like turbot etc. Over all this is a useful book to have and I can see lots of things I will cook.

Love this book - it is quick. simple and delicious
I love one tin cooking and I often find I get stuck in a rut cooking fish. This book is so easy to use and is packed with ideas on fantastic ways of cooking fish and has increased my confidence to become more adventurous cooking fish.I love the flexibility of the dishes as the author suggests other fish or ingredients you can use instead of the ones in the recipe. I also like that the preparation and cooking times given are realistic and the book really does deliver on on its title.I was inspired to buy the book after I read her Eat pull out and keep supplement in the Saturday Times magazine in September - I have not been disappointed by the book and use it regularly particularly for quick fish suppers midweek.

Nicely illustrated
Already an enthusiastic fish eater, I bought this book for some new flavour combination ideas. It offers plenty, well illustrated and seemingly simple to follow (although not tried yet as only had it a few days).Definitely worth it if you like eating fish.

Great Book!
Great Book Great recipes - what's not to like? However, I think that I'm going to get for myself her first book : "Take One Tin", which I gave to a friend, who reports that it's terrific. And, of course, it's a book that I now wish I'd kept for myself!

Easy and Tasty
Just made my first meal from this book and it was absolutely delicious! Grilled mackerel with beetroot, lentils, and mustard creme fraiche. It said it took 20 minutes, and even though it took me 30 it was easy, simple and really tasty. The kind of thing I would never think of doing myself.
