Pain in the rear to install. Be patient.
Had another system that worked great but cracked and needed to be replaced. This one was an upgrade. Took us two days and three trips to the hardware store to get it installed. Not gonna lie, you need to have patience with this because the instructions could be a lot clearer. They seemed disjointed and are really hard to follow. Now that everything is installed and not leaking, it seems to be working well. Will update if that changes.

Good value for the money
Everything went together very easily, replaced an 18 year old system that was just past its prime. Color-coded, easy to sort out, and very happy with the results.

If you take your time, this can be easy to install. Once you check for leaks and have every thing tight the unit is great. Read the directions and you will have no problems. At this point wait on drinking for at least 2 tanks. After that my drinking water has never been better.

Ordering it was the right decision for us.
Arrived on time. Was a bit challenging to install but doable. Works great and my morning coffee quality is greatly improved thanks to this unit.
