Medium! I am 5’7” with 39-40” glutes and thick thighs and I wear a small. But I also fit a medium (it just gets loose-ish) on my 25.5” waist. So medium should do the trick on 43” hips.

Q: Are these fake bottoms or are these women built like Kim kardashion?

Pretty sure the butts in the photos are photoshopped. But the leggings do make your butt look good.

Size is about comfort and feel as well as what you are looking for. The medium shows off her curves well and that’s why WE like that size. You are close in size so if you want comfort and loose go with large. Form fit and sexier then medium.
