very strong and thick material hence supports the knee quite much. I actually bought it for my mother because of her knee pain every now and then but I also use it while working out. It keeps less pressure to my knees which is good. The adjustable straps is a good thing too.

I used many knee support pad but this one is the best because of its shape to support the knee cap, the grip is firm and its a large size which is good for me. The fabric is good, used it for long time but no side affect on skin.

The Brace does not support the knee, rather make movement award and the entire knee area super hotI had a meniscus tear and a Simple Compression Brace served the purposeI do not mean to bad mouth the product; however, I bought it on good looks and proper marketing and did not end up using it
