It's a cosmetically elegant shampoo, both in its formula and packaging. It lathers very well, I find it works better if you lather it within your hands for 5-10 seconds before applying to the scalp. Double shampooing is jot necessary as the first cleanse is sufficient, but if you have product build up then two applications of shampoo will be needed as this is not a clarifying product. It's ideal for damaged, processed or bleached hair specifically. I also use the rest of the Redken Acicid Bonding range in my routine and wouldn't be without it. The shampoo specifically lasts 4-5 months and I double cleanse with it twice per week.
