What is the difference between the orange and the blue colors?

Nothing more than that. The intent is that you use the orange (danger!) one for dirty and blue (soothing!) for clean water.

How is this 0.1oz lighter than 2018? What's different other than the strap? Can we see a picture of how the strap attaches to the bag?

We have redesigned the slider to be lighter, so the total weight is less than the 2018 version. The tether for the slider is connected to a loop in the stiffen closure lips, as seen in the second picture.

The product photo has 96floz printed on it, but description says 100 oz. Which is it?

It is 96oz realistically, 100oz is full capacity but it won't allow closing the bag and get a good seal.
