These are so good! Instead of using the exact ingredients listed on the back, I used a mushed up ripe banana, 1/8 cup water, and 1 egg, to cut down on the calories, and they turned out so good!

Makes 12 undersized regular muffins. Slight alcohol taste to me but still edible, rest of the family didn't notice a flavor issue but they don't eat as clean as I do. Good for convenience but it's high carb, and I will not buy this again.

This mixed very well and came out moist. They tasted great with coffee and with some butter. I enjoyed this.

Recipe calls for 3 eggs, 1/4 cup oil and 1/2 cup water. It became very liquidy and the pan took near 35 mins to cook. It is still rather 'watery'. The flavor isn't bad but not great. I continue to burp it after 6 hours, not pleasant. There is NOT banana in it but it tastes like it. I feel I won't purchase again, the cost vs the product is just not what I wanted nor expected.

True to taste and I added some pecans.. be sure to spray you nonstick baking pan as it will stick otherwise.

It is advertised as banana muffins. It doesn't say anything about cinnamon but cinnamon is really the main flavor besides a strong chemical aftertaste of the artificial sweetener, Erythritol. In the description on the website it says "all natural" but this is not true. Erythritol is an artificial sweetener that has a chemical aftertaste, stronger than Stevia for ex. There is no monk fruit, it contains monk fruit extract. If the muffins tasted good I could have ignored they are not as described. But it tasted terrible, I had to throw out the whole batch, wasting 3 eggs, too. With the high cost of this I expected good banana flavor. It's too bad companies don't believe in wholesome ingredients any more.

My husband and I are Keto. This brand is great for keeping our carbs in check without giving up foods we love. These muffins are delicious! They don't rise as much as a regular muffin, but they are still very moist and fluffy.
