Great quality and sharpness like I expect from Wüsthof, and if you prefer to hold your knife on the blade just in front of the bolster between your index and thumb, this knife will feel great for you, as the knife is perfectly balanced in this position.

I love this knife. It sounds silly but you can honestly cut faster with this and more accurately. It is super sharp. Arrived faster than it said it would.

I cook a lot so I love a good sharp knife. this knife does that. it's to too heavy like a lot of knives comfortable to hold and slices very easily.

I added the custom service and the knife is just perfect. The quality of a Wusthof knife is great. I cook everyday and this knife with my name engraved makes the cooking even more satisfying. I am planning to gift this to my friends and family for Christmas this year.

We have a collection of Wusthof knives - some are 30 years old - all are "Classic" series (as they are now called). Great edge, great balance, great time proven design. If the Classic shape does not fit you, they will have something that does.

I bought this knife for my wife. She likes it. The handle is a good size for a woman’s hand. If it were for me, I would probably go for a Japanese model with a bigger grip (I use a 10” chef knife or a Chinese cleaver). One thing, Wusthof quality is always excellent.

Great knife, lived up to Wusthof name.Use this for chopping onions and veg, Thin blade but seems tough... no idea how i will sharpen though?

What an absolute joy to work with. It has become my favourite knife overnight. A great feel and due to its scalloped edge it cuts veg, potatoes and the like with ease. I would give this knife 6 stars if I could. This knife is now on my essentials list. Bravo wusthof. R

Ce couteau, dont la lame est alvéolée, est une petite merveille pour la découpe des légumes durs tel que carottes et céleri boule.Il n’est pas trop lourd et parfaitement équilibré.C’est la qualité Wustoff, que je recommande.

Llevaba tiempo detrás de un cuchillo de Wüsthof y más concretamente detrás de este modelo, es un cuchillo perfecto para verduras y para cortes similares. Tiene un buen afilado y en la mano para bien equilibrado, no me produce nada de fatiga después de un rato usándolo. La hoja alveolada reduce un poco el peso. Fácil de limpiar y de cuidar. Sin problemas hasta ahora. Excelente acabado sin rebabas y bien pulido
