KAL B-12 Methylcobalamin & Adenosylcobalamin, ActivMelt, Mixed Berry 60 Micro Tablets (2000 Mcg)

At first I was a little bit surprised with the amount of product when I opened the container, along with the size of the supplement, but don’t let it fool you. I’ve tried other methylcobalamin supplements, but this one blew me away with the energy & instant kick that it provides. I usually let it dissolve under my tongue, leaves a great flavor. Will definitely be sticking with KAL!

Mayo clinic, WebMD any number of sources will tell you that seniors don't get enough B12, this gives you in one very small tablet that dissolves quickly under your tongue one thousand micrograms of each of the two recommended types, methylcobalmin and adenosylcobalmim, with a minimum of inactive ingredients that basically just hold the thing together and let it taste good as it dissolves. If you're careful and have good eyesight and a sharp knife you can cut them in half because really all you need is 500 micrograms of each to ensure you're getting what you need, but I like the extra hit, one tablet under your tongue in the morning and you're good to go.

This is the brand my Doctor recommends for me. You get 60,raspberry flavored tablets that you let melt on your tongue.Not strong flavor,not gritty,and only takes a few seconds to melt. It supplies my body with what I need. Wish they came in 90 day supply instead of just 60. The price has gone up a few dollars.

These are not bad tasting, small and easily dissolvable. I like that they have both the Methyl and adeno and they are still reasonably priced.

Easy to take. I only gave 4 stars because they are a bit too sour for me. They do dissolve quickly and don’t leave an aftertaste.
