Hey I can take this one. I have issues with Vitamins. Yhey always make them too strong. Then I get all messed up. BUT THESE ARE GOOD TO GO. Just enough to let my body obsorb a little help. And made from food. Organic stuff. Natural. Anyways I can do it.

2nd order for my son. He seems to like these whole food vitamins and is tolerating them well. This is a great brand for people that can be sensitive to vitamins either stomach wise or urinary tract wise.

Here's a brief review of why I chose to buy this particular vitamin after almost 6 months of looking around for vitamins online.As I've used other reviews from this product to make up my mind in buying it, I'll try to use information other than those already mentioned.Pros:- vitamins and minerals are derived from food vs. chemical variations of vitamins like those in commercial supplements (biggest plus point)- only 3 ingredients listed in "Other Ingredients" of the label, plant cellulose, vegetable lubricant, and silica- smells like food- easy to swallow (even though the tablets are big in size)- safe levels of iron at 25%- no gelatin (good for vegans and for people who can't take gelatin for religious purposes)- buying the 180 count with super saver shipping (no extra charge for shipping) brings the tablets to about 25 cents each, which is a very good price in my bookCons:- almost no calcium at 1% RDA, therefore may be a good idea to supplement with additional calcium supplement- quick google search brought up that vegetable lubricants in supplements may be an array of different things, one of which is magnesium stearate. While some people stay away from it at all costs, others say this compound is found naturally in some foods so may not be harmful in vitamins. I'm not sure what to make of this except that I'd rather my liver have to detoxify one synthetic compound versus so many others found in drugstore vitaminsBottom line: seems like the next best thing to getting all your vitamins from food directly. Will update after some consistent use.Update: After over a weeks' worth of using, my skin looks better, clearer, and more hydrated. I often stay up late nights studying for exams and then wake up the next day looking very tired, with dark circles. Well I've been staying up late a lot lately studying for exams, and I still wake up the next day as though I'm well-rested. I mainly bought this brand because I didn't want to put a whole lot of chemicals in my body. But after some use, I have to agree that this vitamin really does live up to all the hype it gets.

We take them every other day and seem to do the job. No horrible ingredients, good stuff

I believe in megafood vitamins and have used them for years. I feel much more energetic when I take them.

I no longer take this brand even tho I've used it for years and it because of these 2 fillersmicrocrystalline celluloseSilicon dioxideThese fillers can cause bloating and other upsets.They aren't needed and aren't good for you.I switched to New Chapter One Daily Multivitamin it doesn't have those fillers.Again love the brand and the company even refunded me my money, I'll come back to them if they ever change the formula to not have those binders and fillers 🙂

I searched long for a supplement that would be actually absorbed into my body after reading about how most all vitamins are "synthetic" or made from rocks. And how starving people don't eat crushed rocks, because that doesn't work.Given that our agriculture is depleted and is not providing any actual vitamins or minerals, I felt I needed a way to keep up my health.These supplements are very expensive. But to me, they are completely, completely worth it.My body craves them. They smell so good every time I open the bottle.They are so good that sometimes I just pop one in my mouth and suck on it like a veggie-candy.I have a problem with flaky scalp. Within 12 hours of washing my hair, my scalp would develop clumpy white masses that would flake off like a snow storm, and if scratched, would peel off, leaving blood and scabs. It was disgusting, yes. And my ears would also build up with this stuff... some say it is eczema, but it seemed pretty severe.When I take these Megafood daily vitamins, all that goes away!!And I know this from the times when I let my order lapse and didn't take my vitamins for a few months, and the flakes came back like a blizzard in July.So I would recommend these vitamins to everyone. I love these vitamins. I have taken some form of vitamin all my life but as I got into my 30s and was put on medication, my stomach became very sensitive. I could not take any vitamin without a FULL meal. These are the only vitamins I can take on a light breakfast, or even on an empty stomach. That lead me to them but what keeps me is how they make me feel. I don't eat a great diet but it isn't terrible. When I don't take them for a few days, I feel a bit more tired. I have a physically demanding job and these are something I need to do it and stay happy. They work! I read a review about prices too. This is by far the best deal I have found so I can't complain about that.
