Balego Warwick Enterprises Adjust a Lift Heel Lift, Medium (Pack of 6)

Warwick adjustable heel lifts recommended by my Chiropractor. Comfortable, value for money and stays in place if adhesion is adjusted (as directed by medical provider/or as desired) And must place inside at shoe heel correctly to get full benefit. Shoes must fit your foot appropriately as well. All in all it is a great product for me and has aided in my therapy for back pain.

I think I bought about 20 of these, as you get tired of changing them from shoe to shoe and I have a lot of shoes. They help prevent Si joint pain, and are comfortable. These are the ones my PT recommended. Not the squishy ones. . .

I was having a little bit of hip pain and I told my physical therapist. He measured my legs and discovered that one leg was a teeny bit shorter than the other. I had had a knee replacement and this is not an uncommon consequence. He suggested these Warwick Adjust a Lift Heel inserts which they actually had at the PT office. I only had to peel off one of the 3 layers. It is perfect! I have them in all my left shoes, including my bedroom slippers, and my hip pain is gone.

Nice heel lifts at a good price. Wish they would come with some double stick tape to keep them in place but other than that they are very good.

I just needed a little additional lift in my shoes -- and this works wonderfully. I only need the bottom two levels of lift. The use of these lifts in my shoes solved the issue of pain in my back.
