Effective. Easy to use. Holds enough water.
I use inconsistently. When I need to use the toilet for number two, it takes too much time to use the product and fill with warm water. If you don't mind filling it up daily and anticipate the number two bathroom schedule then its a great product to use.

Broken nozzle although a great effective product
!WARNING! Graphic language -- be prepared for a discreet discussion of the subject matter.• Time for a frank discussion on a sensitive issue, cleansing ourselves after defecation."I can't reach back there anymore with either hand. I need a toilet / wiping solution."SUMMARY• This product works great. I have just ordered my third one in about three years. Now, also, I'm going to click through here on Amazon and order another back up to have on hand for when this one fails. Also, I will get yet even another unit to take along in the vehicle. When nature calls, you have to be prepared and ready in advance to handle the urgent circumstances, if you know what I mean.REASON FOR PURCHASE> Due to a torn shoulder muscle from the three heads of the deltoid to both heads of the bicep hanging on by a thin sinew, surgery is mandated. Inability to reach back there for wiping with toilet tissue. Using the other hand is too much of a challenge. That brings to mind a conversation with my father back in 1962:DAD: How do you wipe yourself?THE THREE KIDS: With my right hand, Daddy!DAD: You should use toilet paper!• This "Portable Bidet Sprayer and Travel Bidet with Hand Held Bidet Bottle for Personal Cleansing Use" product is somewhat inopportune and funky although it works. One must squirt, spray, squirt the rectal/anal and peritoneal area until clean. It takes some adjustment and after a few times, the new skill will be attained.THE BOTTOME LINE• Get one. Better yet, get at least two if not THREE to have a spare, plus to have one in your car, as well.• The Portable Bidet Sprayer and Travel Bidet with Hand Held Bidet Bottle for Personal Cleansing Use is better for the planet. No toilet paper is needed. Spray away, get clean, use the divider on the tip to abrade and scratch the anus as needed, spray and squirt some more water there, add a bit of shampoo to the bottle from time to time for a truly cleansing spray, rinse and repeat. Congratulations! You knew you could do it all along.END

It leaks but gets the job done
Needed this for bathroom trips during recovery from back surgery and being unable to twist or move too much. It’s a game changer. Without being TMI, It gets the job done and the pressure is good, but it does tend to leak a bit. Overall it’s a good buy for the price, it will get you clean, but just be aware when using it.

Easy to use and highly recommend
I bought this portable bidet bottle for 3 reasons...(1) I was prompted because of the extreme rush on toilet paper due to the new virus, (2) I am transitioning to less waste, (3) my husband uses toilet paper like there's no tomorrow and financially I needed to counteract that in some way. (Funny, I know) I've only used it for less than 24 hours, but already I can see that I will like using it. I already prefer it to toilet paper. You feel refreshed after using it in a unique way. It's important to use your finger to cover the hole in the bottom whenever the bottle is moved from an upright position to being tilted to keep it from leaking. This is normal for any of the bidet bottles with holes in the bottom. The hole is needed so you can squeeze the bottle if you want more pressure. This allows for even flow of the water. Also, and very importantly...at least for females, the long nozzle allows the water to reach both front and back areas when using the bottle only from the front. THIS was something I was concerned about when buying it. Trying to use the bottle from behind seems like it would just create a mess with water being sprayed everywhere except where you want it. By using the bottle only from the front, it is easy to control where you spray. Also, as mentioned in other reviews and on the box, be sure the top is tightly screwed on so it won't leak when squeezed. It's very effective, easy to use, refreshing, and zero waste. I highly recommend!

Update: no airlock, but will work
I just received this item. Upon reading the instructions, they say to place your finger over air lock hole. The air lock hole is supposed to be on the bottom if the device...the one I received has NO AIR LOCK HOLE rendering it useless because when you turn it upside down the water ALL LEAKS OUT! UPDATE: Because I didn't want to fool around with sending this back, I played around with it and was able to get it to work with minimal leaking. Just keep the nozzle fully extended at all times and it works okay. When the nozzle is pulled out ALL THE WAY it provides a seal to keep the water in until you position it (nozzle opening in UPWARD direction ONLY) and then squeeze. The amount of spray can be adjusted according to how hard you squeeze. So, with a bit of finessing, the thing will do the job...just ignore the printed directions.
