The top folds over to be closed. I also have small baggies that come with a twisty. I like both.

Yes they are wonderful bags, only sold by this firm I believe.

Q: Do they have a pleated bottom

Yes, and if you enlarge the photo sample the seller provided (the one from the bottom of the box), you will see the word "pleated" in the middle of that photo of the box bottom.
