Just a regular lotion.
Very disappointed in this product. It does make the skin soft. There is no tightening of the skin. The price for the small tube is expensive. However, i would buy the small sample first to see if you like it before paying more for a bigger bottle.

Tightens and moisturizes
Nice light gel-cream. Firms the skin on the neck and décolleté. Expensive, but a little goes a long way, as the quality of the product is very high.
