Love the Tiege Hanley products. I’ve been using them for several months and have noticed the change with their skin care products.

Very little product inside, so use sparingly…but it seems a nice quality

I’m rating this 5 stars now, but I noticed that they changed the formula. I love this product when it was the old formula. I’ll update it if I notice any negative changes due to the formula change. Companies should notify their consumers whenever they change the formula of a product. The only reason I noticed the change was because the new formula feels more watery compared to the older formula. Update: this product no longer works for me like the old version. They removed caffeine from the formula.

I can't give this product more than 3 stars due to the absolutely horrible dispenser. This eye cream is very thick, and because of it, will only dispense for a short time. I actually though that all I was getting was just over 2 weeks of product. I saw other reviews indicating that the product ran out very quickly, and it's understandable that they thought so. I couldn't believe that it would run out as fast as it did, so I had to pry off the dispensing pump. Thankfully I did because I almost threw it out. There was a lot of product left, but because it is SO thick, it could not dispense it. I'll now have to apply it directly from the small bottle. The bottle is very small, but this is par for the course of any eye cream. I haven't used it long enough to see any benefits, but even if there are, this product only gets 3 stars due to the dispenser. They would have been better off putting it into a flat container with a twist off top.

No issue with product itself.
