Work great. Worth the money.

bought for cutting some 1/4 copper tube to help prevent future RO line sprays(keeps happening for no freaking reason at the least sensible spots) the tool is ok, though the de-burr is not perfect on the 1/4 tube(I have a cheap dremel clone so I don't care beyond the cutter) the most cool thing is that the de-burr tool can have the cutting rod pulled out by pushing a button, then it can be inserted into the handle by trying to basically un-srew the handle bottom it is loose inside but should protect your toolbag from a de-burr tool poking a hole

I purchased this after I purchased a stealth rack from Gibraltar. The snare basket I had from my previous stand fit the rack with no issues, but the height of the stand was too high for me to use with my 6.5" deep snare by about 1". I used the cutter to remove the extra inch, and it now works fine. This is large enough to cut the drum rack materials. The included deburring tool worked well and made it so I didn't have to break out my dremel. Over all it cut the pipe well and didn't mess up the chrome. I'd recommend this one. It's quick, easy, and doesn't require any additional tools for use.

Excellent pipe cutter

I used this to cut PVC water pipes and it works great cutting the pipe but after you are done there is a small lip where the cut is made. This is a result of the blade wheels shape. So, after cutting you have to get a Dremel or file to get rid of this lip because trying to mate the pipe to a fitting with the small lip is almost impossible and when gluing you need to have the pipe easily slide into the fitting. This is a small problem, because with a Dremel it just takes seconds to get rid of the small lip. The cuts are perfect otherwise!

So use for its size work like it was meant for.

I’m an old grandma who is a little bit handy, and who often overestimates her skill level. I had a table and chairs I bought from Amazon that were too tall to use without discomfort. I ordered the Libraton Pipe Cutter and successfully took off inches of the hollow steel table and chair legs. The tool worked well. It required more effort than I expected and I ended up with blisters and sore muscles - all very much worth it. A word to the wise - pay attention to the chair legs as you try to find the best angle for cutting them. I unbelievably cut inches off of one chair leg twice (whoops)! Don’t do what I did! I fixed the cut-too-short chair leg with a piece of wood dowel and glue. Success!

Needed a tubing/pipe cutter for the copper drain pipe coming from one of the drain bathtubs in the house, as the replacement drain kit and drop where DW40 PVC, with the original drop seemingly welded onto the pipe. While this is a decent pipe/tubing cutter, it's somewhat larger than expected, and just isn't capable of swinging sufficiently enough to cut through a pipe with somewhat tight clearance, and was only capable of swinging at most 45 degrees in my case, either hitting the tub, the rafter, or the hot water feed pipe. If you need a cutter for work in a confined area, this isn't it! That said, the tool itself isn't half bad, although cutting thinner plastic, such as the overflow pvc tubing, which is significantly thinner than 40 class pipe, compresses the pipe when attempting to swing around the pipe, resulting in the pipe jumping out from the rollers & cutter. On thicker 40 pipe, or metal/copper, it cuts just fine, so consider the intended usage, as well as clearances, before ordering. I ended up using my oscillating tools with a metal cut-off blade in order to finish the job, barely even using the cutting tool.

Liked it enough to buy another one.
