I got this to replace a cheaper bargain brand enclosure that broke. Minus one star because one of the screws included was cut improperly and wouldn't fit.

These are good for making mini-sized guitar pedals. Make sure you are good at measuring out the layout inside.I was able to make a bypass looper out of one of these, so 4x 1/4 inch jacks and a 3PDT switch will fit. It's tight and you have to put each part in a particular sequence to get everything in there. I think I could fit an indicator LED and power jack with the remaining space. at one end of the box.

I used one of these to build a DNA200 box-mod. Just like every Hammond box I've ever used, it's sturdy and easily drilled/punched.The only issue is the infamous "Hammond lean" - meaning the lid side of the box is slightly bigger than the other side, making it lean slightly when standing on its side.Another thing to consider - the box is only black on the outside. Inside is standard aluminum (conductive)

This case is beautiful. Like all Hammond enclosures. You have to set the jacks in just the right position or they will ground out on the body.

Nice and strudy aluminum box. Great for all kinds of projects and very reasonable price. I will be getting more.

Exactly what I expected. The right size box for the switch I needed to build.

It's a metal box with a lid, it works well for what it is.
